Bottomline in the Community
Sharing Our Success and Investing in Our Neighbors' Future

Through corporate programs and support for volunteer efforts, Bottomline contributes to community initiatives across the globe. Serving as an active corporate citizen is a fundamental practice at Bottomline and our strong commitment is reflected in both our people and our culture.

Giving
Each year Bottomline supports the United Way's Annual Campaign, a program designed to raise awareness and generate funds to support the most pressing community needs. Bottomline is a proud participant of this program and a committed partner of the United Way.

Bottomline extends its giving to other charitable programs through its employee-organized Charitable Contributions Committee. The committee strives to serve people and families in need, as well as to enhance the quality of life by contributing to arts, civic and environmental groups within our communities. Knowing that certain charities are of personal importance to our employees and their families, Bottomline also sponsors the Employee Choice Charitable Giving Program. With this program, Bottomline distributes funds to charities chosen by our employees on behalf of the individuals.

Volunteering
Bottomline understands that fundraising is only one way to give -- volunteerism gives time and resources to our communities. Bottomline encourages employee volunteerism, supporting the United Way's Day of Caring and other volunteer opportunities presented throughout the year. Understanding the importance of volunteerism, Bottomline sponsors a volunteer recognition program that acknowledges those employees who have demonstrated their dedication to volunteering within the community.

Educating
Creating awareness is a key aspect to understanding the needs and challenges in the community. As part of our commitment to our employees, we host a series of "Lunch and Learn" programs that offer employees the opportunity to learn more about community issues and tips on how to manage many of the issues affecting their lives.
