The Role - you will:

  • Member of a core, global Digital Marketing team responsible for optimisation of digital campaigns across Display, Online Video, Paid Search, Demand Gen Marketing, Mobile, Email and Social Media Marketing
  • Plans, organises and coordinates the design and delivery of digital marketing programmes to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals and marketing strategy
  • Assists in the maintenance of the regional EMEA & APAC websites and ensuring all marketing content is current
  • Maintaining an SEO strategy
  • Managing and executing all aspects of PPC/SEM campaigns, including developing keyword and campaign strategy, ad and landing page testing, and bid and budget management
  • Leads external partners and agencies to ensure appropriate, timely, and effective execution of programmes
  • Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for both clients and internal team leads to assess performance
  • Evaluates effectiveness of digital programmes through metrics, reporting and analysis and makes recommendation on business cases
  • Uses digital tactics to improve customer experience, leading to greater acquisition and retention of customers
  • Use video to capture edit and publish customer, event and internal footage for marketing programmes and internal communication. 

About You – you will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing campaigns in Google AdWords, Microsoft adCenter, Facebook Ads, and other paid search platforms. Certification in these platforms is a major plus.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Experience in website development, Drupal CMS management, online advertising
  • Educated to at least A Level standard and ideally degree educated
  • Experience of marketing in a B2B software/technology business environment is advantageous
  • Experience in filming, editing and publishing video content would be advantageous
  • Prior advertising agency experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce.com is preferred
  • Experience in HTML, Adobe Illustrator or InDesign packages would be useful and add value to the role
