Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received within 30 days or less, prior to the scheduled seminar will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover incurred expenses. Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. If Bottomline Technologies is forced to cancel a class for any reason, liability is limited to the return of the paid registration fee.


Course Descriptions and Registration Information

Create!form® Version 3 (EnterpriseOne)
This course will introduce the student to the range of tools and features available within
Create!form Designer® and the components required for using custom e-forms in production, as well as provide an overview of Bottomline’s Create!form product suite for EnterpriseOne. Learn how to design form projects for your EnterpriseOne, ERP 8.0 and OneWorld Xe PDF reports, including adding custom drawing objects and customizing page layouts. You will learn how to manipulate data from the PDF output using various formatting techniques, and converting data to MICR and bar codes. The use of section expressions shows you different ways of manipulating your data, such as using child sections and defining different layouts within a single form project. To put custom e-forms into production, you will learn how to install and configure Create!form Server and Create!print on the deployment or e-forms server, plus how to configure Create!form Server printers and enable processing. The course will also cover how to publish your form project resources and how to install Create!send on your enterprise server. Practical exercises in the form of lab projects are used to reinforce each of the topics introduced.

Create!form Version 6 (Windows) Form Design
This course will introduce users to a range of tools and features available within the Create!form design tool and the components required for using custom e-forms in production, as well as provide an overview of the Create!form product suite. This course covers how to design both overlay and DataMap form projects and details how to map data from the spool file into form variables. Participants learn how to manipulate data from the spool output using various formatting techniques, even converting data to MICR and bar codes. The use of conditional expressions offers different ways of manipulating data, including using multiple forms and pages within a single form project. Practical exercises in the form of lab projects are used to reinforce each of the topics introduced.

Pre-requisites
A general proficiency in Microsoft Windows and application host operating system is necessary. A working knowledge of the host application being used would be highly beneficial. Students are encouraged to bring along their own sample print spool data for discussion and evaluation.


Create!form Director for Version 6 (Windows)
This course is an extension to Bottomline’s Create!form Version 6 (Windows) Form Design class, providing an additional day of instruction dedicated to developing and deploying scripts to manage the distribution of documents within Create!form document delivery modules.
