Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of confirmed seats must be received in writing at least ten (10) business days prior to the course date. If notification is received less than ten (10) business days before the start of the class, the full registration fee is due but credit is transferable to any other Bottomline class or program for one hundred and eighty (180) days.
Bottomline Technologies reserves the right to cancel any published class up to ten (10) business days prior to the start date of that class. In the event that a class is cancelled, the customer will be offered the choice of another mutually convenient class date. Bottomline Technologies is not responsible for any incidental costs or travel expenses incurred by attendees upon class cancellations.
Illness or any other cause beyond Bottomline Technologies’ reasonable control may mean that a designated instructor is unable to conduct a scheduled class. In such event, Bottomline Technologies shall endeavor to find a replacement instructor or make such other arrangements, including the cancellation of the class, as it shall deem appropriate.

Introduction to FormScape Project Development
This course is a practical introduction to the FormScape Software development environment. Students will learn about the capabilities of the system, its design and programming tools, and principles of good program design using the graphical development environment. This hands-on course is meant for those individuals who will use the FormScape Software design tools. The student will learn how to create new and navigate existing projects. Tasks will include importing a variety of data formats, performing basic data transformation, applying conditional processing, and presenting dynamically formatted output. Producing understandable, maintainable projects is emphasized throughout the instruction. The cost of this three-day training session is $2,250 (U.S.)

Advanced FormScape Project Development
This course is a continuation to the Introduction to FormScape Project Development course. Students will learn more advanced development techniques and functionality to help maximize the return on their FormScape investments. This hands-on course is meant for those individuals who are currently using the FormScape Software development tools and wish to grow their skills by using additional objects and procedures beyond those covered in the Practical Introduction course. The cost of this three-day program is $2,250 (U.S.)

This course is designed for the person responsible for the administration of a FormScape Business Edition Software implementation. It will provide instruction for the installation, configuration, monitoring, and administration of the core modules, how to move developed projects into production, and maintaining a multi-developer environment. This hands-on course provides an understanding of how the software is used, installed, configured, monitored, and maintained without requiring in-depth knowledge of the FormScape design tools. A major focus of this course is the use of the Administration web interface. The material will explain the role and functionality of the server components, development tools, and add-on modules.
