Transform™ Content Center for PayBase

Electronic Document Archive, Search and Retrieval
Request More Information

Paper-based transactional documents, such as invoices or purchase orders, continue to be business-critical assets that support both internal customer service requirements and external compliance mandates. But the inefficiencies, as well as the associated costs of manually handling and storing all this paper, are increasingly being targeted by senior managers looking to improve the performance and profitability of their finance organizations.

Transform Content Center, optimized for use with Bottomline's PayBase solution, helps address this burden by allowing organizations to replace the manual processes of printing, sorting, filing and retrieving hard-copy financial records with digital archiving technology that provides simple, Web or network-based access to critical documents.

Scalable, Integrated Digital Archiving Functionality
Transform Content Center is completely automated and integrated with PayBase's existing transaction workflow. During a production run, an exact copy of the financial document is created in PDF format, then indexed, filed and made available for online search and retrieval from within a corporate network, or optionally via a secure Web browser. Transform Content Center can be implemented without any changes to existing PayBase applications, making it both easy to deploy and easy to use, and can even be extended to include other non-PayBase generated documents via input from any of Bottomline's integrated document capture solutions.

With Transform Content Center, enterprises can quickly begin reaping the benefits of a digital archive, including:

  • Faster search and retrieval of financial and other transactional documents
  • Reduction in the number of lost documents
  • Increased levels of service and satisfaction among customers and vendors
  • Reduced paper storage and retrieval costs, including warehousing and courier fees
  • Creation of a digital "paper trail" that supports compliance with growing state and federal regulatory requirements
