Bottomline's Five-Star Commitment to
Oracle Users
Bottomline Extends Oracle Applications for Enhanced Financial Document and Transaction Processing
A few months back, we reported that Bottomline had been promoted to Oracle Certified Partner status. For customers, this coveted validation of our document output and payment processing solutions is an endorsement by Oracle of the value that Bottomline's applications add to their ERP financial systems. Since that time, Bottomline was designated a Five-Star Partner within the Oracle Applications User Group (OAUG), the highest level partnership available to any third-party solution provider.
Why All The Oracle Buzz About Bottomline?
Says Oracle VP, Rauline Ochs, "as a firm that brings nearly two decades of in-market expertise, including more than 6,000 deployments at leading banks and corporations around the globe, Bottomline is a company to watch in our partner lineup. As Bottomline continues to drive value for customers in this age of increased security, compliance and cost containment, we anticipate greater demand for their solutions within the Oracle user base."
We believe that the ongoing recognition of Bottomline by Oracle signals an important opportunity for customers to extend their existing ERP investments, adding capabilities from Bottomline that more precisely facilitate the capture, workflow, transaction and communication of core financial processes powered by Oracle, PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards.
While major ERP systems are designed from the ground up to expertly manage things like budgeting, expense tracking and business performance through various financial modules, they are not built to address the unique requirements of everyday electronic payments processing, document output management and workflow, or self-service "decision engine" portals that can track vendor payment and remittance preferences more easily than ever before.

From the early days, Bottomline has maintained a product focus on adding value to ERP implementations in a way that would give users the capabilities they need to facilitate each task along the payments, invoice and cash management path - without expensive and time-consuming customization, home-grown solutions or unwieldy upgrades.
Today, nearly 3,000 combined Oracle, PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards users rely on Bottomline to help them execute important tasks such as advanced financial document output and archiving; and ACH for federal tax payments, state tax payments, garnishments and reporting to the specification of each state's individual requirements. With Bottomline, what Oracle customers find are applications and solutions that make this all work together - simply and seamlessly - across multiple platforms, systems, banks, customer relationships and geographic borders.
