ACUITY Selects Bottomline’s Legal eXchange(TM) to Reduce Paper Invoice Processing and Enhance Outside Counsel Relationships

PORTSMOUTH, NH – June 12, 2007 – Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY), a leading provider of collaborative payment and invoice automation solutions, today announced that property and casualty insurer ACUITY has selected Legal eXchange to automate its legal invoice review and approval processes. ACUITY joins a growing list of leading property and casualty insurers to have selected Bottomline’s legal spend management solutions.
