PORTSMOUTH, NH and SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – October 09, 2006 – Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY), a leading provider of payments and invoice automation software and services, today at Sibos 2006 announced that it will be expanding its existing office in Melbourne, Australia with a new sales and support team dedicated to serving banking and financial services customers and prospects in the Asia-Pacific region. The company has maintained an office in Melbourne since 2003 serving corporate customers using Bottomline's payment and document process automation solutions.
