Supplier On-boarding Services
Bottomline provides customers with a variety supplier on-boarding options, including self-enrollment capabilities, assisted on-boarding or fully outsourced on-boarding. Using an organization’s master vendor file, Bottomline Business eXchange enables vendor self-enrollment through automated emails introducing suppliers to the portal. An embedded URL directs them to an intuitive, self-service registration form. Once validated, suppliers are able to present and flip POs, post electronic invoices, and view and accept early payment discount offers. Organizations may also choose to manage enrollment directly, or engage Bottomline's vendor services team for on-boarding.
e-File Integration Services
Bottomline’s professional services team provides expert segmentation analysis services to help buyers identify the best supplier targets for migration to electronic invoicing, using variables such as invoice volume, invoice value and propensity to adopt electronic invoicing. Once identified, Bottomline’s onboarding staff is available to assist suppliers with e-file mapping, and can work with suppliers directly to develop and test document interfaces for purchase orders, invoices and payment information.
Consulting and Implementation Services
Bottomline provides technical expertise for configuring and implementing an effective AP automation solution. Bottomline’s consultants are available to work with organizations to conduct a workflow analysis and establish a customized work plan to best meet the customer's individual business requirements. Bottomline’s implementation experts then work with the organization to establish a production environment within Bottomline’s data center, and to provide transactional data interface testing between the Business eXchange and internal systems.
