Kim has more than 25 years of experience leading customer teams from consumer to enterprise. Her consultative and collaborative leadership style combined with her technology, data and process experience, enables her to lead change successfully across the enterprise. Prior to joining Bottomline, Kim led customer operations, solution implementation and support teams at Rue Gilt Groupe, Avid Technology, and EMC.
