Our Healthcare Privacy and Data Security product monitors activity across a wide range of environments and applications, including but not limited to Epic, Lawson and Oracle Forms. The system captures and stores data over time, compliance staff are alerted to suspicious activity in near real-time, and user actions can be analyzed regardless of when they occurred. Investigators can replay user activities screen-by-screen once an alert is triggered and scroll backward and forward to fully understand the user behavior and the context of all the activities performed. The solution includes specialized rule sets that flag inappropriate user behavior within a variety of applications to counteract data breaches, identity theft and fraudulent billing.
