Bottomline is excited to announce an upgrade to the Bottomline Customer Care Portal. This new portal will provide customers with a new, fresh, modern look and user interface. The new portal will also provide customers with the ability to open a support case, the ability to update, monitor and close a support case. It will also provide customers with product updates and information as well as access to the Bottomline Knowledge Base.

Most importantly, while this is an enhancement to the user interface with all of the same functionality on the previous portal, the new portal will enable Bottomline to provide customers with additional enhancements and new functionality in 2020 and beyond.
