Bottomline is excited to announce a new Customer Care Portal for Paymode-X customers. This new portal will provide Paymode-X customers with an easy path to get help and support on Paymode-X.  This new portal will also provide Paymode-X customers with the ability to open a support case, and the ability to update, monitor, and close a support case. It will also provide customers with product updates and information as well as access to the Bottomline Paymode-X Knowledge Base. This new portal can be accessed directly through the Paymode-X application.

Most importantly, the updated portal will enable Bottomline to provide customers with additional support and service enhancements, and new functionality in the future. This short video provides an overview of how to access and navigate this portal.
