Course Options and Information Request

For customers utilizing Create!form, FormScape, or Optio, Bottomline offers options for classroom training delivered at a customer site, as well as through the mentoring program. Customers who are planning or who have already migrated to Transform may want to consider attending one of the public training classes for the Transform solution set.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of confirmed seats must be received in writing at least ten (10) business days prior to the course date. If notification is received less than ten (10) business days before the start of the class, the full registration fee is due but credit is transferable to any other Bottomline class for one hundred and eighty (180) days.

Bottomline Technologies reserves the right to cancel/reschedule a class at any time. In the event that a class is cancelled, the customer will be offered the choice of another class date. Bottomline Technologies is not responsible for any incidental costs or travel expenses incurred by attendees upon class cancellations.
