Vendors accepting virtual card payments pay the interchange fees charged by their card providers, because a virtual card is run through the vendor’s point of sales system just like a regular credit card, but there are no additional Paymode fees in addition to those charges.

Vendors receiving Premium ACH or virtual card payments can reconcile those payments much faster since they arrive with invoice-level remittance data that matches invoices to payments. Vendors can access robust payments reporting and track payments 24/7.

Additionally, vendors can use Premium Invoice Delivery to send invoices via email and include a “Pay by Link” so their payers can pay invoices quickly and electronically. This extends to payers who aren’t part of the Paymode network. Vendors can also tap into Dunning capabilities to automate customer follow-ups/payment reminders.

Premium ACH memberships can also utilize Pay by Link functionality to allow payers outside the network to pay directly from a Paymode invoice.

Vendors will receive an email from their payer inviting them to the network or will be called directly by a Paymode Vendor Sales representative. From there, they will be directed to enroll online using a business email address, remittance address(es), a bank account for incoming payments, and a Tax ID number.
