Look for an Enrollment Code​

To get started quickly, check for an email from Paymode referencing your customer by name.​

It includes a special code that ensures you're placed on the correct plan and connected to the right payer.

You can also enroll from this page without a code, but please allow for more processing time.​

You'll Need the Following:

Once your customer approves your invoice for payment, funds are transferred immediately. Payment arrives in two to three business days, via Virtual Card or ACH.

FAQs

What is the fee to receive payments through Paymode?

Paymode fees are displayed during the enrollment process. You’ll see them in the Terms of Service.

How will I be paid?

Paymode will send you an email with your customers’ preferred payment method and enrollment code. For more information, please visit our Premium ACH and Virtual Card pages​.

 

Why am I being asked to use Paymode?

Your customer has joined the Paymode network to streamline their payments to suppliers like you. They're achieving better efficiency, security, and flexibility for their business, but an important part of their decision was also ensuring that you have access to better security, faster reconciliation, and other valuable accounts receivable tools like scheduled reporting and invoice delivery.

Where do I find my enrollment code?

If one of your customers is asking you to join the network or receive payments through your existing membership, you will receive an email from Paymode that will contain the code.

Where do I enter my enrollment code?

You'll be prompted to enter the code once you start your enrollment. The best practice is to copy and paste that code from your Paymode email, but if you forget it, click on "Forgot code."  

If you do not have a code, a generic one will be generated for you at that stage of the enrollment process.

How are Bottomline and Paymode related?

Bottomline is a financial technology company offering payment solutions for businesses across the globe. Paymode is Bottomline's secure, US-based business-to-business payments network, which is used by your customers to pay vendors like you.

Can I enroll if I don't have a customer paying me?

Yes, but you will not be able to receive payments until one of your customers is also using the Paymode network.
