Enrolling in Paymode is easy. While there is a small per transaction fee associated with accepting virtual card and ACH payments, the speed, security, and other benefits of joining the network usually lower the cost of acceptance.

Enter your business information, including the legal company name, address, phone number, and tax identification number. You will then be prompted to enter the bank account in which you wish to have payments deposited. Our security software will validate your account.
Enter your Paymode account name, account password, and remittance information. You will also enter your user information, i.e. name, title, and email address.
Verify you have read the terms and conditions and are an authorized user for your business.
Upload a valid, voided check or bank account statement so we can verify your account. Once we do so, you will receive an email confirming your account is live and you can begin receiving payments!
Virtual card and Premium ACH payments are easier for customers to process and much faster than checks.
Both Premium ACH and virtual card payments come with rich, detailed remittance that makes reconciliation easy.

Premium ACH payments sent by your customers will be deposited directly into your account so that information is necessary to ensure your payments can be sent. In addition, we use the account information and voided check and/or bank statement to ensure you are a valid business, which means bad actors cannot impersonate you and provide a false bank account to try to misdirect your payments.
Typically your account will be authenticated and activated within one to three business days. Once that happens, your account will be live, and you can immediately begin receiving payments from customers using the Paymode network.
