Common Questions about Paymode Payments
Paymode will send you an email with your customers’ preferred payment method and enrollment code. For more information, please visit our Premium ACH and Virtual Card pages​.
Your customer has joined the Paymode network to streamline their payments to suppliers like you. They're achieving better efficiency, security, and flexibility for their business, but an important part of their decision was also ensuring that you have access to better security, faster reconciliation, and other valuable accounts receivable tools like scheduled reporting and invoice delivery.
If one of your customers is asking you to join the network or receive payments through your existing membership, you will receive an email from Paymode that will contain the code.
You'll be prompted to enter the code once you start your enrollment. The best practice is to copy and paste that code from your Paymode email, but if you forget it, click on "Forgot code."
If you do not have a code, a generic one will be generated for you at that stage of the enrollment process.

Yes, but you will not be able to receive payments until one of your customers is also using the Paymode network.
